Getting a free quote can be nerve racking because often those free quotes hide a large fee. However, where writing, designing, creating, and manipulating is concerned, finding an exact cost will depend on the exact needs.

Custom Law Form understands you would like a general idea of cost. Therefore, an average cost is listed below. However, remember these pricing guidelines are a guide and not a rule. • Per field - $.30 per field per page
• Adding calculations - $.25 per field added
• Print and reset buttons - free
• Special formatting - $.25 per field
• Custom scripts - $25 per hour
• Form from hardcopy - Double fee per page plus $.02 per word.
• Form from other format - $5 minimum per project
• Minimum first time fee - $20

Special scripts cost $25 of research per hour with an estimation of time needed.

Examples:

• 1 page form with 50 fields is $15
• 1 page form with 50 fields and 500 words copied from fax is $15 x 2 + $10. Total $40
• 1 page form with 50 fields converted from DOC is $15 + $5. Total $20.
• 3 page form with 50 fields per page is $45
• 3 page form with 50 fields per page and 500 words per page copied from fax is $45 x 2 + $30. Total $120
• 3 page form with 50 fields per page converted from DOC is $15 x 3 + $5. Total $50.

New clients are expected to pay half of the quoted fee in advance. The PDF form will be delivered with a password protection until full payment is received.
